- 爆炒三样
食材:腰果、秋葵、素肉蛋白
做法:1秋葵焯水捞出备用。腰果炒香,素肉蛋白过油。2锅中留少许油,下入所有的食材,加入盐、生抽、红椒,最后水淀粉勾芡出锅即可。
- 红油金针菇
做法:金针菇洗净,挤干水分,上锅蒸5分钟,装入盘中。倒入提前炸好的辣椒油,最后再倒入麻油,拌匀即可。
