50：咖喱牛肉‼️的做法
- 准备好食材。牛肉切小丁。咖喱只用一半。土豆切小丁后泡掉表面的淀粉
- 热锅倒油，先放牛肉煎出两面焦黄，如果锅里有水分，就一直中火把水分炒干
- 然后加入土豆粒翻炒，吃辣的再放几颗干辣椒
- 然后加胡萝卜，翻炒一会就可以加热水末过食材。
- 盖上锅盖，最小火煮半个小时
