这个七彩拌饭是我开六七年接送站孩子们最喜欢吃的,我儿子也喜欢吃,只不过因为后来住校,很少吃这个饭了,马上又要开学了,今天特意给他做这一餐,问他现在是否还觉得好吃,他说好吃。
为什么叫七彩拌饭呢?因为里面有七种食材,包括:猪肉,鸡蛋,火腿肠,腊肠,胡萝卜,玉米,香菇,好多家长对于每天煮小孩的饭菜有点头疼,不知道该做什么吃,我把这营养均衡,美味,孩子特别喜欢吃,并且又容易做的饭分享给出来,希望大家喜欢。

用料

鸡蛋

大米

1.5-2杯

胡萝卜

半根

玉米粒

少量

猪肉或者鸡肉

少量

广式腊肠

一根

火腿肠

2根

香菇

瑶柱

孩子们抢着吃的七彩拌饭的做法

  1. 大米洗净后放入切粒的腊肠,加一点点盐,瑶柱洗净后泡一下用手掰小块,一起放入电饭煲中煮,没有也可以不放。
    煮饭的水比平时煮饭的稍微放少点



  1. 胡萝卜、火腿肠,香菇(提前泡发)洗净切小块、
    玉米、豌豆(没有就不放,配颜色好看)猪肉(或者鸡肉)切小粒用酱油腌制



  1. 鸡蛋炒熟



  1. 鸡蛋打散后炒好备用



  1. 锅热油后放入腌制好的瘦肉, 炒熟备用

  1. 锅里热油后放入香菇炒香,然后放胡萝卜青豆一起炒,



  1. 最后倒入火腿肠翻炒一两分钟,把先炒好的肉倒入锅中一起翻炒一下就可以了



  1. 饭煮好后装松,然后倒入刚才炒好的菜及煎好的鸡蛋,翻拌



  1. 拌匀后再撒点葱花就可以了(如果菜里面的汁不多就再加点点酱油),颜值爆表。
