油酥椒盐花卷(附视频)一次发酵的做法

  1. 现做油酥部分,植物油加热加入面粉搅拌均匀晾凉备用



  1. 酵母加糖加水搅拌均匀,➕中筋面粉搅拌成面絮,加入猪油揉成光滑面团,擀成长片,刷油酥,洒适量椒盐,卷成卷,切成两指宽的宽条



  1. 卷花卷视频,自己喜欢什么样可以随意



  1. 卷成卷,摆放在笼屉里醒发20-30分钟



  1. 开水上锅,中大火15分钟即可
