福建建瓯小吃~粉丸的做法
- 锅内烧水煮开,放入粗粉干,煮熟(不要煮太熟太烂,用手拿一根粉条掐一下无硬心就可以关火),捞出过凉水,然后用刀切小段
- 香菇干用水预先泡发
- 五花肉剁成肉末
- 各种配菜都切成小丁或者碎末
- 调味用:盐巴,白糖,味极鲜酱油,小鲜侣调味汁,白胡椒粉(如果没有放五花肉末的,这个步奏可放适量猪油),所有材料调味混合均匀
