香迷糊的海肠捞饭的做法

  1. 准备材料,如图
    记得要先去煮个米饭



  1. 清洗海肠,要一条条捋干净,主要是清除内脏,清洗至水变清即为洗干净

  1. 处理好的韭菜



  1. 做料汁:准备一个碗,放入1勺盐、1勺生粉、2勺生抽,倒入半碗水搅拌均匀,备用



  1. 所有处理好的材料



  1. 开始制作
    起锅烧水,水开后放入海肠焯水10秒立即倒出沥干水



  1. 焯好水的海肠备用



  1. 开始爆炒
    起锅烧油,先倒入韭菜梗大火爆炒1分钟



  1. 接着倒入韭菜叶一起爆炒30秒



  1. 待韭菜九成熟时,将调好的料汁搅拌一下,倒入韭菜里,翻炒均匀



  1. 等到韭菜全熟时



  1. 倒入海肠



  1. 大火爆炒10-20秒,即可出锅



  1. 炒好的海肠放在米饭上



  1. 做好啦~



  1. 开饭!超级好吃~
