香迷糊的海肠捞饭的做法
- 准备材料,如图
记得要先去煮个米饭
- 清洗海肠,要一条条捋干净,主要是清除内脏,清洗至水变清即为洗干净
- 洗好的海肠
- 切成基本长度相同的段
- 切好的海肠备用
- 韭菜清洗干净,切成长度基本相同的段,梗和叶分开装,因为梗比较难熟

- 处理好的韭菜
- 做料汁:准备一个碗,放入1勺盐、1勺生粉、2勺生抽,倒入半碗水搅拌均匀,备用
- 所有处理好的材料
- 开始制作
起锅烧水,水开后放入海肠焯水10秒立即倒出沥干水
- 焯好水的海肠备用
- 开始爆炒
起锅烧油,先倒入韭菜梗大火爆炒1分钟
- 接着倒入韭菜叶一起爆炒30秒
- 待韭菜九成熟时,将调好的料汁搅拌一下,倒入韭菜里,翻炒均匀
- 等到韭菜全熟时
- 倒入海肠
- 大火爆炒10-20秒,即可出锅
- 炒好的海肠放在米饭上
- 做好啦~
- 开饭!超级好吃~
