菠萝妈妈来了,好久没更新了,每天都在做饭,但是总偷懒没有记录,今天想坐着没事把前两天做的超下饭的菜分享出来,看了很多菜谱,自己又进行了修改,其实做菜我都没有具体的克数,全凭感觉,哈哈,我觉得就是家常便饭,谁也不会拿着秤去称一下,做的多了,调料多少都能控制,我也是厨房小白,因为爱做饭,爱烹饪,所以喜欢去研究
这个豆腐可以用嫩豆腐,也可以用老豆腐
用料
肉末
200克(其实很随意)
豆腐
500克

3根
料汁
淀粉
2勺
老抽
1勺
生抽
2勺
胡椒粉
适量
郫县豆瓣

适量
超下饭的肉沫豆腐的做法
- 豆腐切成四方丁,我用的老豆腐
- 我用的纯瘦肉,剁成肉末,蒜也切成蒜末备用,开始准备料汁
- 用图上这种勺子,就是那种普通陶瓷勺子
老抽1勺,生抽2勺,胡椒粉用挖盐的那种小调料勺子一勺就可以,两勺淀粉,适量水给他搅拌开

- 忘了拍图了,锅里倒油,放入肉沫,快速给她炒散开,接着加入郫县豆瓣炒出红油,然后加入蒜末抄香,最后放入豆腐翻炒均匀
- 接着把调好的料汁倒入进去,轻轻的翻拌,因为有淀粉,所以可以能有轻微粘锅,料汁少的话,可以添加点水,中小火炖一下,因为放了豆瓣酱,所以尝一下如果不咸的话,放一点盐
- 出锅了,可以撒点葱花,搭配米饭绝了,全家都觉得好吃,这个是咸口的,不是酸甜的,真的很下米饭,要给朋友带点吃,就打包了一份,朋友也说很好吃,快去做吧,姐妹们
