During the first 4 months, São Pauloreceives more precipitation thanBrasilia.Specifically, São Paulo records 120mm of rainfall in January,surpassingBrasiliaby40mm.However, Brasilia’s rainfallrises significantlyin February,narrowing the gap betweenthe two cities to just 10mm. The period from February to Aprilexperiences a steady decline inthe rainfall of both cities,withSão Paulocontinuing to receive slightly more precipitation thanBrasilia.

From May onwards, Brasilia’s rainfallsurpassesthat in São Paulo,peaking at100mm in July.Following a sharp decline to the lowest level at30mm in October,it increases threefold to90mm by December.In contrast, the rainfall in São Pauloplunged toonly 3mm in July,before rising drastically to120mm in December,overtakingthe figure in Brasilia in October.
