应聘条件与待遇
1.博后年薪不少于34万元(含省市财政给予的生活补助21万元/年),入选校长卓越博士后年薪50万,入选广东省海外博士后人才支持项目,综合年薪不低于60万元。其它待遇参考正式教职工执行。
2. 按照规定享受广东省的博士后各种补贴和政策。博士后出站留深可获36万留深个人生活补贴,广东省海外博士后出站可额外获得40万留粤个人生活补贴。
3. 根据国家、省、市人才计划相关政策,我校及本团队将协助申请相应科研及人才项目,出站优秀留组做研究员的可以申请深圳市人才补贴(详情面谈)。

5. 可作为负责人申请博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及省、市各级课题,课题组已协助申请面上项目、青年基金和博后基金多项。
课题组介绍
刘心元/顾强帅研究团队开展金属催化自由基不对称化学,特别是近期在不同类型高活性自由基物种的立体选择性控制方面取得了很多突破性进展。刘心元近年来以通讯作者身份在Science(1)、Nature(1)、Nat. Chem. (4)、Nat. Catal. (2)、Nat. Synth. (2)、Nat. Commun. (6)、Chem (2)、JACS (13)、Angew. Chem. (21)、Acc. Chem. Res. (1)、Chem. Soc. Rev. (1)、CCS Chem. (2)杂志上发表110多篇高水平研究论文。刘心元讲席教授曾获得新基石科学基金会科学探索奖、杰出青年基金、优秀青年基金、教育部青年长江、广东省自然科学一等奖(第一完成人)、美国波士顿学院Boehringer-Ingelheim Lectureship、中国化学会巴斯夫公司青年知识创新奖、中国化学会青年手性化学奖、中美华人化学与化学生物学教授联合会杰出教授奖、亚洲核心计划讲席奖、日本化学会杰出讲席奖等奖励和资助;顾强帅副教授,入选2024年教育部青年长江、广东省一等奖(第二完成人)。
此外本课题组培养的学生还有多名进入清华大学、中山大学、山东大学、暨南大学、东方理工高等研究院、大湾区大学(筹)、南京工业大学、安徽师范大学等高校任教,继续从事科研。
