当地时间2月23日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基在当天举行的“乌克兰2025年”论坛上表示，如果能带来和平，他愿意辞去总统职务，或者用他的辞职换取乌克兰加入北约。
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Sunday he was willing to give up his position if it meant peace in Ukraine, adding that he could exchange his departure for his country's entry into the NATO military alliance.

泽连斯基表示，乌克兰将在取消战时状态后举行总统选举。此外，他认为，被冻结的俄罗斯海外资产应完全归乌克兰所有，而不是归乌克兰及其伙伴共同所有。
泽连斯基还表示，“不会签署令乌克兰十代人都要付出代价的协议。”他说：“乌克兰希望获得安全保障，这应是与美国的矿产协议的一部分，特朗普不会永远当美国总统，但乌克兰需要持久的和平。”
"I am not signing something that will be paid by 10 generations of Ukrainians," Zelenskiy said. "He (Trump) is not forever, and we need peace for many, many years."
对于美国总统特朗普近来多次称“美国要收回向乌克兰投入的数千亿美元”，泽连斯基再次强调美国仅向乌克兰提供了约1000亿美元的援助，而且这些钱是“赠款”，不是乌克兰应当“偿还的债务”。
The president added that the aid given to Ukraine cannot be counted as debts since they are grants and stressed that security guarantees need to be included in the deal. So far no such guarantees have been put in place, he said.

此外，他表示，24日将在乌克兰举行一次重要峰会，13位乌合作伙伴将访问基辅，另有24位合作伙伴将在线参加。
The Ukrainian leader said that more than 30 countries would participate in meetings on Monday, either in person in Kyiv or virtually, as a kind of coalition of support for Ukraine’s war effort.
