围绕中国老百姓很关心的跨国合作打击东南亚网赌电诈（online gambling and telecom scams）问题，双语君日前采访到了正在访华的泰国总理佩通坦（Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra）。
佩通坦表示，她“非常重视”中国公民在泰国的安全，并亲自过问安全问题。
“既然我是总理，我就会认真对待这件事，”她说。她指出，泰国和中国“长期以来一直保持着非常好的关系，尤其是两国建立外交关系已有50年之久”。
"Since I'm the prime minister, I take this seriously," she said, adding that Thailand and China "have a very awesome relationship for a long time, especially the diplomatic relationship for 50 years now."

她指出，包括网络诈骗在内的犯罪 “对全世界每个人来说都是一个非常严肃的话题”（a very serious topic for everybody around the world），而泰国已经对此采取了非常有力的行动。
佩通坦说：“对于打击遏制这一系列危害深重的诈骗活动，我认为这是一个非常好的开端。”
"I think this is a very good start to prevent all the scams that really, really hurt people," she said.
她说：“我亲自过问所有的安全问题，我与警方、与军方、与所有相关人员都进行了沟通，以照顾到所有想要来泰国的人。”
"I personally looked into all the securities myself, I talked to the police, I talked to the military and everybody who is involved about this, to be able to take care of everybody who wants to come to Thailand."

她指出，泰国人民也受到了这些电诈活动的巨大影响，她说泰国 “与中国合作非常好，我们希望我们能一起做得更好”。
谈到中泰双方就此开展的密切合作，她说“这是共同寻找解决方案的一个非常好的方式。”
"We have a group of people from both countries to talk about all the problems that we both have… I think that is a very good way of finding the solutions together," she said.
佩通坦充满信心地表示：“同心协力，就可以解决我们目前面临的所有问题。”
（"Working together will solve all the problems that we have right now."）

基础设施、新兴产业以及针对网赌电诈的执法合作都是佩通坦在京举行的会议会谈中谈及的重要话题。
佩通坦说自己对中国非常熟悉，多次来华，称赞中国是一个美丽的国家。
“泰国人民来到中国总是有家的感觉，所以我希望中国人民来到泰国也能有家的感觉。”
"Thai people always come to China and feel like home, so I hope that Chinese people can come to Thailand and feel like home as well."
她还特意强调了自己身上的中国血统。面对我们的镜头，她说：“这位泰国总理身上流淌着中国人的血液，她会保证你们的安全。”
"You will have the prime minister of Thailand, who has the Chinese blood in her, gaurantees that is going to be very safe."
佩通坦访华正值农历蛇年新春佳节。在受访间隙，佩通坦还饶有兴致地阅读了《中国日报》（China Daily）的春节主题版面。
她通过双语君的镜头向中国人民和全球读者致以新春问候：
“祝大家新年快乐。希望你们在新的一年里一切顺利。有机会请到泰国来做客，我会亲自欢迎你们。”
"Happy new year to every one. I hope you have a very great year. Please visit Thailand sometime, and I will welcome you myself."
