17日晚，谢娜发文透露张杰在马来西亚演唱会中途紧急雾化和喷药，因为那段时间有点咳嗽，喉咙很敏感，再加上烟花硝烟的味道，一唱歌就嗓子敏感止不住的咳嗽，严重时还会干呕。
Chinese pop singer Zhang Jie concluded the first stop of his overseas concert tour in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia earlier this month, calling it "an unforgettable live journey." On Friday, Zhang's wife, Chinese host, singer, and actress Xie Na revealed that Zhang Jie experienced severe throat irritation during the concert due to coughing and the smell of fireworks, requiring emergency nebulization and medication.
谢娜称，张杰去马来西亚开演唱会，是这一轮未·live开往1982世界巡回演唱会国外的第一站，所以他很期待，又有点小担心，因为那段时间有点咳嗽，嗓子不是最好的状态，他说一定要稳住。
当天晚上，开场张杰觉得没问题，唱了几首歌之后，本来就有点咳嗽，喉咙很敏感，再加上烟花硝烟的味道，他突然一唱歌就嗓子敏感止不住的咳嗽，严重时还会干呕，他一直在努力压住这种情况，尽量让观众看不出来，在不知道该怎么继续的时候，医生赶到了，那一部分结束时坐升降降了下去，因为治疗需要紧急雾化和喷药，中间vcr放了两次。
At the start of the concert, Zhang Jie sang a few songs but struggled with a sensitive throat worsened by the smell of fireworks, causing uncontrollable coughing and occasional gagging. Despite his efforts, he required a doctor and received nebulization and medication during a break, with two VCRs played to cover his absence.
谢娜在文中对马来西亚医务人员的紧急医疗措施表示感谢：“这个意外现场观众都没有察觉，等张杰再次升上（舞台）时，嗓子就恢复了状态，畅快淋漓地完成了整场演唱会。”
Xie Na expressed gratitude to the medical staff in Malaysia for their emergency treatment: "The audience didn’t notice the incident at all. By the time Zhang Jie returned to the stage, his throat had recovered, allowing him to complete the concert smoothly."
