Authorities in Shanghai have expressed optimism about the possibility of hosting a concert by renowned singer-songwriter Taylor Swift in the city this year.
14日，上海市政协十四届三次会议现场咨询活动在市委党校举行。
当被现场问及“上海是否能接住‘霉霉’的演出”时，上海市文化和旅游局副局长张旗表示：“我们只能说我们接待过‘霉霉’的演出团队到上海来进行这方面的前期沟通，至于最后能不能成行，我们感到还要看市场，看我们上海这座城市的吸引力。但是我们乐观地感到，可能今年会有希 望。”
Zhang Qi, deputy-director of Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, revealed that a team representing Swift had already visited the city for preliminary discussions about a potential concert. "As for whether they can make it, the final decision hinges on market factors and Shanghai's overall appeal," Zhang said. "But we are optimistic that there stands a chance this year."
