做法步骤:
1.今天回老家真是收获满满,姥姥不仅给了我一个大大的拥抱,还赠了我一个圆滚滚的南瓜,看着这个金黄的南瓜,我心里就琢磨着,得做点啥好吃的。有了,就用它来做一道形状像薯条的美食吧,保证家里的小朋友们都会喜欢。首先,把南瓜对半切开,咱们这次就用一半就好啦,然后把皮给削掉,再用刀把它切成一片片的,就像切西瓜那样,不过这次咱们不切小块,是切片哦。

3.蒸好的南瓜我称了一下,整整200克,然后加两勺白糖进去,喜欢吃甜的朋友可以多放点,接着用擀面杖把南瓜捣成泥,那感觉就像是在玩泥巴,不过这可是甜甜的“泥巴”。
4.等南瓜泥稍微凉了一点,加三克酵母粉进去,搅一搅,让它们充分溶解。再一点点地加入300克面粉进去
边加边搅,直到没有干面粉,撒入一把黑芝麻进去,然后开始揉面团,直到它变得光滑又偏硬,盖上盖子让它醒发到两倍大。
5.等面团醒好了,在案板上撒点干面粉,把面团取出来揉一揉,排出里面的空,再它搓成长条,再按扁,用擀面杖擀成长方形的面片,厚度大约是0.5厘米,就像咱们平时吃的饼干那么厚。
6.接着把面片分成四份,然后把每一片都切成约一指宽的长条,这样切出来的形状,简直就是加长的薯条。
7.切好后给它盖上保鲜膜,让它再醒发十分钟。
8.凉水放进蒸锅里,大火烧开后蒸十分钟,蒸好后,别忘了关火焖两分钟再出锅,这样南瓜条会更松软。
9.金灿灿的蒸南瓜条终于做好啦,看着就让人直流口水,而且不经过油炸,比薯条吃起来更营养健康,蒸出来的口感柔软又有嚼劲,浓浓的南瓜香味扑鼻而来,我还特意准备了番茄酱,蘸着吃更是美味得不得了,喜欢的朋友们赶紧收藏起来试一下,谢谢大家!
