做法步骤:



1.洗干净的西红柿,先在它头顶上切几个小花刀,然后烧一锅开水,把西红柿放进去烫一会儿,烫到皮有点软,有点皱皱的就可以了,这样,咱们就能轻松地把西红柿的皮给剥掉了。



2.一块五毛钱的老豆腐,咱们先把它切成片,然后再切成小方块,记得切的时候别太用力,豆腐可是很娇嫩的。



3.提前泡发好的木耳,咱们要把它根部的硬蒂去掉,不然吃起来口感不好,然后,把木耳切成细细的丝,放一边备用,木耳可是个好东西,又营养又健康。



4.洗净的白玉菇咱们对半切开,这样煮的时候更容易入味,然后烧一锅开水,把白玉菇放进去焯一下水,菌类的食物焯水能去除异味

让汤更鲜美,大约焯两分钟就可以了,捞出来过一下凉水,这样白玉菇的口感会更脆嫩。



5.西红柿烫好以后把皮去掉,接着把西红柿切成小块,放一边备用。



6.热锅放油,油热后放入切好的西红柿,加一勺盐,这样西红柿的汁水就能更快地炒出来了,看着西红柿慢慢变软,汁水越来越多,是不是很有成就感?炒好西红柿后,加入足量的清水,盖上盖子大火烧开。水开后,咱们就可以下入豆腐、白玉菇和木耳了,加入两勺生抽,少放点盐,因为前面炒西红柿已经放过盐了,盖上盖子大火煮两分钟,让食材的味道充分融合,然后淋入适量的水淀粉,这样汤会更浓稠,口感更好,再次烧开后,撒点胡椒粉,滴几滴香油,再撒点香菜,搅拌均匀,咱们的豆腐菌菇汤就大功告成了!
